Approximately half of our guests have been international - from countries including Denmark, the Netherlands, New Zealand, China, the UK, and Canada - and nearly a third have been interstate visitors. The balance of our guests have been from regional Victoria and Melbourne, booking for long weekend getaways, anniversaries, or visiting friends while maintaining their own space.

What's the reason for their visit?

Business trips and conferences have accounted for around a third of our bookings. The remaining stays have been for travel and tours (such as Australia-wide visits), planned leisure, as well as major events such as the Australian Open tennis, the F1 Grand Prix, and arts and theatre shows.

Where do you list properties?

Properties are listed on reputable short-stay platforms including Stayz/VRBO, Airbnb, and Booking.com, with plans to expand to corporate and direct channels. Every booking is vetted regardless of source.

How do I know you're legitimate?

Adam brings 20 years of business experience, strong client relationships, and has successfully operated short-stay accommodation with consistent 5-star guest feedback. We’re happy to provide references, answer questions openly, and talk you through exactly how the arrangement works so you can feel confident moving forward.

What if my property is managed by an agent?

They'll be our primary contact. We value professional relationships and work cooperatively with leasing agents and property managers.

What happens at the end of the lease?

We'll discuss renewal well in advance - we're committed to lasting relationships. If at some point the lease is not renewed, the property is professionally cleaned, furnishings removed, and returned in excellent condition.
